8 January: Cooking basics for children
There’s finally a course specially designed for children ages 8 to 16!
Organised a little differently from the adult courses, the kids’ class takes place from 13:30 to 16:30. After learning some basics of cooking and pastry-making, the children will get to taste their own delicious creations at snack time from 16:30 to 17:30.
15 January: Cuisine & Wine
One group will cook, while the other will get an introductory course in oenology! The selected wines will be served at dinner, which will be attended by the participants’ special guests. Step into the shoes of a sommelier for a day and learn all about origins, vintages etc. while serving and presenting food and wine pairings.
29 January: Anti-ageing
Come discover secrets that will keep you young!
With the help of Dr Dominique Van Klaveren, co-founder of the Monaco Anti-Ageing Medicine Association (AMMA), you’ll learn to make food known for its anti-ageing qualities.
